Call one of those numbers:
044 144 044 (If you live in Finland).
+358 44 144 044 (If you don't live in Finland).

Talk to the person who answers and tell them that you have problem with the registartion.
Then tell them Phaisams IP: 82.128.245.26,      91.145.114.108,         82.128.247.189  (they all give same information)
Then tell them on who this is registrated.
They will know tell you a name.
Write it down.
Ask for more information, sometimes they give more info, sometimes they doesn't.
Get all the information you can get.
Say "Thank you".
End the phone call.
Open google and your databases.
Start Doxing the shit out of Phaisam.
