I am writing to you in relation to a website you host;  bugabuse.net
Bugabuse.net is hosted on the IP : 109.163.230.9, and teaches hijacking, phishing, malware distribution, fraud, theft and other highly illegal terms that are found on the internet.

Under Bulgarian law, you as the website host are subject and responsible for terminating this illegal website. If you do not do so, I will have to get the police involved, which will then in turn simply contact you and request the very same removal of this website.
 
Bugabuse.net breaches all of the following;

Article 4, Data interference
Article 5, System interference
Article 6, Misuse of devices
Article 7. Computer related forgery
Article 8, Computer related Fraud
Article 10, Offenses related to copyright infringements
Article 19, Search and siezure of stored computer data
Chapter three, part three; transmitted intercepted data leads to 2 years imprisonment
Chapter five, crime against the property ; 1 and 2
Destruction and damaging : Who destroys or damages illegally another's things shall be punished imprisonment of up to 5 years.

Art. 319c – Unauthorized modification of data
Art. 319d – Interference using a virus

Art. 319f – Violation of the provisions of Art. 6,para 2, item 5 of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act by Service Provider

Bugabuse.net is also host to 'doxes', releases of personal information without consent. This leads to that information being used for harassment and further fraud and hijacking computer misuse acts.

I would like to request its removal and immediate termination, along with the offending user's access to your services.
